1 or more years’ PQE .The team acts for investors, developers, landlords, tenants, financiers, and others involved in commercial real estate on a range of disputes. Their clients include household names. They also advise on ad hoc residential issues arising from commercial/mixed-use real estate matters.The team handles a wide range of areas, including:Contested site assemblyRights of light and other easements and possession issuesPossession claims (trespassers/squatters)Insolvency and transactional disputesProfessional negligenceRestrictive covenantsBusiness ratesDisputes over Compulsory Purchase Orders and compensationTelecommunications Act issuesLeasehold enfranchisementThe team also manages landlord and tenant disputes, including lease renewals, rent reviews, lease terminations, dilapidations, and service charge disputes.
