Real Estate Litigation Associate - 4-6yrs PQE

NEW Real Estate Litigation Associate role in London. This leading London law firm is seeking a Solicitor around 4 years PQE to join the team. The team acts for a number of property investment and development clients who regularly instruct them on their property related issues. The Clients are commercial property investors renting into the residential sector. You should be able to demonstrate competence in all areas of real estate litigation, although the work is more advising landlords, they do require candidates with experience of landlord and tenant law and experience with commercial leases. They are looking to recruit a Solicitor with knowledge and experience of landlord and tenant law in both commercial and residential issues. You will have significant responsibility and very extensive client contact from the get-go. You will very actively assist in developing the practice and will work mainly on your own files but will also assist others on the larger cases.
