Description The Real Estate Legal Director will be: Advising clients on complex commercial property development and investment matters Handling a broad range of real estate transactions, with a particular focus on development and investment Advising throughout the development life cycle, from conditional land acquisition through to disposal Working with clients with pre let agreements, forward funding and forward commitment arrangements Advising on the acquisition and disposal of completed investments Working closely with specialists across planning, construction, tax, environmental law and banking Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key ..... full job details .....
