This is a growth hire into a niche, technical practice advising commercial real estate lenders on the insurance aspects of property financing transactions. The team The practice provides pre- and post-funding due diligence to commercial real estate loan originators and servicers. Working on behalf of lender clients, the team analyses the insurance position on real estate financing deals, reviews the insurance provisions in facility agreements, identifies risks and coverage gaps, and reports back clearly on compliance.
