Real Estate Finance Solicitor 2-3 Years'' PQE Location: Manchester / Altrincham Working arrangement: Hybrid working available, as agreed Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Department: Real Estate Finance Reporting to: Partner The opportunity An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Real Estate Finance Solicitor with approximately 2-3 years'' post-qualification experience to join a growing specialist team. Working closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers, you will advise bridging lenders and specialist finance providers on a varied range of secured lending transactions. This position offers high-quality work, direct client contact and the opportunity to develop your technical expertise within a supportive, commercially focused environment. The role will suit a solicitor who enjoys taking ownership of transactions, building client relationships and delivering practical advice in a fast-paced lending market. The role You will manage your own caseload from initial instruction through to completion and registration, ensuring transactions progress efficiently while protecting lenders'' interests. Alongside your own matters, you will support partners and senior colleagues on larger and more complex transactions, giving you valuable exposure to a broader range of real estate finance work.
