As a Senior Associate in the Real Estate Finance practice, you will work on a range of real estate finance transactions. You will be involved in high-profile deals, working closely with lenders and borrowers on both domestic and cross-border transactions.Key Responsibilities include:

Advising clients on real estate-backed finance transactionsDrafting, reviewing, and negotiating facility agreements, security documents, and other financing arrangementsConducting and managing due diligence on financing structuresProviding strategic legal advice to clients across various sectorsCollaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to execute transactions efficientlyEngaging in business development and contributing to the growth of the practiceRequirements

Qualified lawyer with 5+ years'' PQE in real estate finance transactionsStrong technical knowledge of finance law, with experience drafting and negotiating key documentsAbility to manage multiple transactions independently while working within a teamCommercial awareness and a proactive, client-focused approachExcellent communication skills and a collaborative ..... full job details .....
