Real Estate Finance Lawyer - 12 month assignment. 5+ PQE.

Overview

We are currently working closely with a market-leading ALSP that is looking to connect with experienced Real Estate Finance Lawyers with upwards of 5 years'' PQE, who will be available for a 12 month assignment with a leading international firm. The assignment is due to start ASAP and will follow a hybrid working arrangement, with 2-3 days per week in the office. The assignment can be tied to either the London, Birmingham, Manchester or Cardiff office.Responsibilities and qualifications

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:Qualification as a Solicitor (England and Wales or another commonwealth jurisdiction, such as Australia and/or New Zealand, for example)Upwards of 5 years'' PQE in handling a full real estate finance caseloadExcellent private practice experience gained at magic circle, silver circle, US or international firmsThe ability to draft and review LMA Real Estate Finance Facility AgreementsExperience in negotiating security/ancillary finance documents in respect of real estate finance transactionsExperience in development finance transactions would be ideal, but not a prerequisitePrior experience in supervising more junior lawyers would be highly beneficialThe ability to lead on transactionsNotable organisational skills with the ability to balance multiple transactions at the same time and work effectively in a fast-paced environmentThe ability to start a new role immediately or at short noticeEngagement details
