A leading international law firm is looking to appoint a Property Litigation Solicitor (NQ-5 PQE) to join its highly regarded Real Estate Disputes team in Birmingham.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established practice acting for a diverse client base, including national and international businesses, investors, developers, landlords and occupiers. You''ll work alongside experienced specialists on a broad range of high-quality commercial property disputes, with excellent support and clear opportunities for progression.

You''ll advise on a varied caseload of commercial property disputes, including:

• Commercial landlord and tenant matters
• Lease renewals and lease termination issues
• Dilapidations and covenant disputes
• Boundary, easement and rights of way disputes
• Possession claims and landlord remedies
• Property-related litigation and alternative dispute resolution

The team is known for its collaborative culture and offers the opportunity to gain exposure to complex, high-value work while developing strong client relationships.

This opportunity would suit a qualified solicitor between NQ and 5 years'' PQE with experience in Property Litigation or Commercial Real Estate Disputes.
