Real Estate Analyst 2/3 (Living)

RE Analyst 2/3 to support investment and portfolio management in Build-to-Rent and wider Living sectors. Sitting in the Investment team you will gain exposure not only to acquisitions, but Development, AM, Operations and Finance. The role combines hands-on underwriting and reporting, financial modelling and strategic analysis in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Description
- Analyse RE investment opportunities, providing detailed financial modelling and market research.
- Lead on development reporting, budgeting, and fund-level analysis across a portfolio of Build-to-Rent (BTR) projects
- Support investment and AM evaluation across BTR, PBSA, Single Family & Co-Living assets
- Assist Quarterly investor reporting and performance tracking for active developments
- Provide portfolio analysis tools to assess operational performance
- Conduct market research and track sector trends to inform strategy
- Assist with debt reporting, covenant compliance, and refinancing initiatives
- Portfolio Management:-
- Asset management responsibilities, including review of investment reporting and oversight of performance related metrics in conjunction with portfolio management team
- Identification of asset management initiatives across operational schemes and presentation of investment proposals.
Profile
The successful Real Estate Analyst 2/3 should have:
- 2-3 years'' experience in Real Estate Investment, Finance, or Asset Management
- Confidence to deliver messaging to senior team members in the right way - able to articulate new thoughts and ideas with conviction.
- Strong and independent user of Excel (Advanced) confident in building and manipulating complex models
- Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and presentation skills
- Comfortable working independently in a lean team structure
- Proactive, adaptable, and commercially aware
- Degree in Real Estate, Real Estate Finance, Economics or related fields (STEM); Further qualifications such as IMC, CFA, CAIA are a preference.
- Exposure to working on UK Living sector deals
Job Offer
Up to -80,000 fixed + c.30% bonus/variable comp in Year 1 (and rising thereon)
