Sourcing, marketing, and managing a portfolio of luxury propertiesConducting property valuations and viewings with professionalism and careNegotiating deals from initial enquiry through to final handoverAdvising clients on market conditions, pricing, and all aspects of the property journeyWorking closely with mortgage advisors, surveyors, and our in-house support teams to ensure smooth transactionsMaintaining strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenantsGenerating new business through networking, referrals, and our extensive databaseKeeping up to date with Dubai’s fast-paced property laws, trends, and regulationsWhat We’re Looking For
