      <description>Location: Northern Ireland | Salary: 33143.00-33143.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | WAVE Trauma Centre Survivors of Historical Institutional Abuse (HIA). We are recruiting for a Caseworker, Historical Institutional Abuse (HIA) which can be based in one of our centres - Armagh, Ballymoney, Belfast, Derry Londonderry, Killough or Omagh. The post holder will work directly with survivors of historical institutional abuse (HIA), in a pro-active and innovative way within the statutory, community and voluntary sectors. This work will be underpinned by WAVE''s protocols, policies and procedures.  Salary: £33,143 per annum Hours of Work: 37.5hrs per week  Monday to Thursday 9.00am - 5.00pm and Friday 9.00am 4.30pm.  1-day work from home  Some unsocial hours will be required dependent on centre activities  WAVE is committed to the support, training and development of its staff. The organisation offers an attractive remuneration and benefits package for the post holder to include: 25 days annual leave (increasing with service) and 11 statutory days. A training and development programme and employee support package are also in place, with the organisation giving an 8% pension contribution, with no employee contribution required.
