Reactive Works Manager - Commercial MandE and Building Fabric

We are recruiting for a successful, family-owned business offering a friendly, close-knit working environment where individual contribution is recognised and valued. They are looking for a highly organised and proactive Reactive Works Manager to coordinate commercial MandE and building-maintenance works. This is a fast-paced, predominantly office-based role involving extensive use of MS-Office applications, regular communication with clients, subcontractors and in-house operatives, together with occasional site visits to inspect and survey prospective works. Duties Receiving and assessing client maintenance requests Preparing quotations and obtaining subcontractor prices Coordinating reactive works from instruction through to completion Keeping clients informed and resolving issues promptly Arranging subcontractors, operatives, access and materials Monitoring live jobs, reports and completion documentation Visiting sites when surveys or inspections are required Works will be to; commercial plant rooms, boilers, pumps, plumbing, gas testing, air conditioning, legionella works, electrical repairs, roofing, decorating, flooring and general building-fabric maintenance. The person You will need previous experience in commercial MandE, reactive maintenance, minor works or facilities management.
