Reed, on behalf of United Utilities are recruiting for a number of Reactive Resolution Support operatives to support their fleet team in getting the waggons ready, conduct stock takes and be involved in keeping the yard clean, tidy and organised for the operations to run in a safe efficient manner.Company'' United UtilitiesLocations: Ellesmere Port/Liverpool/Davy HulmeHourly Pay: £15.64 per hourHours- Monday to Friday-Hours per week: 30Length of contract: 12 monthsJob purpose: The Reactive Resolution Support Officer (RRSO) provides a proactive service for the Waste Water Treatment Works Network Delivery Reactive Resolution Teams in a defined county area, to support the smooth operations during shift transitions. Working for the Infrastructure Drainage Delivery manager, the RRSO supports preparing tools, equipment and vehicle for the shifts, ensuring stores are managed effectively and efficiently, teams are well prepared prior to departure, minor defects are resolved and key equipment such as CCTV is more effectively maintained. This role is key to ensuring that the Reactive Resolution Teams, fleet and equipment are in good working order to allow ensure them to deliver first time resolution for customers and increase productivity of the resources.Main responsibilities: Check for defects on vehicles/emergency plant kit and report to Drainage Delivery ManagerReport new defects identified into transport and the drainage support officerEnsure that the yard is kept tidy and in ..... full job details .....
