The role will involve supporting the company''s Reactive, Service and Project Divisions as required. Key Responsibilities Respond to reactive plumbing and maintenance call-outs. Diagnose faults and complete efficient, effective repairs. Service and maintain commercial plumbing and heating systems. Repair, replace and install pipework, sanitary equipment and associated components. Investigate leaks, water-pressure problems, blockages and system faults. Complete planned preventative maintenance. Undertake remedial work and plumbing-system upgrades. Ensure all work complies with relevant UK plumbing regulations, Health and Safety requirements and industry standards. Produce accurate service reports and job documentation. Identify defects, compliance concerns and recommended remedial work.
