Reactive Office Scheduler £28,000 P/A Rising to £30,000 After 3-month probation Stockport Monday to Friday - 8am until 5pm Have you got experience working in a fast-paced environment?Are you familiar with scheduling engineers?Attega Group is working on behalf of our client as their in-house recruitment provider.We are currently recruiting for a Reactive Office Scheduler to join their team.The main purpose of this Reactive Office Scheduler role is to support the help desk and liaise with engineers as part of the Rapid Reactive Response team.In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £28,000 P/A Rising to £30,000 After 3-month probation + company benefits. This role is full-time and permanent. The hours of work will be 08:00am until 17:00pm, Monday - Friday. Your responsibilities will include: Receive and log reactive jobs accurately Identify urgency risks and required engineer skills / equipmentAllocate jobs to the correct engineer based on location, skills and availabilityPrioritise urgent works and manage real-time scheduling changesIssue clear job instructions to engineers Provide clients with ETAs, updates Handle queries professionally Maintain strong relationships with key clients The ideal candidate: Must have previous experience working in a fast-paced helpdesk environmentNeeds a confident telephone manner Will also ideally have some experience with scheduling engineers or have a technical background with engineering knowledge For more information on our ..... full job details .....
