This is a great opportunity for a time-served Joiner looking for long-term, consistent work within a well-established maintenance environment. The Role You will be responsible for carrying out a range of reactive and planned joinery repairs, responding to maintenance requests and ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard. Duties will include: Carrying out reactive joinery repairs in domestic properties and public/commercial buildings Completing repairs to doors, windows, flooring, skirting, architraves and other joinery elements Repairing and replacing damaged fixtures and fittings Carrying out general joinery maintenance and minor remedial works Responding to a variety of repair requests and diagnosing issues on site Working across occupied and unoccupied properties Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard Completing jobs within agreed timescales and providing updates where required Working in line with relevant h...
