About the Role:
As a Reactive Maintenance Co ordinator, you will be the central point of contact for all reactive maintenance issues across the council''s estate. You''ll log, prioritise, and allocate jobs, ensuring that repairs are completed efficiently and in line with service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
