Lead Drainage EngineerSalary: £42,000 Basic salary depending on experience + overtime 1.5Location: Field-based, covering London and Surrounding Areas; head office is Gravesend Full Time Permanent Monday to Friday 50 hours per week + On-call rota We are recruiting a Lead Reactive Drainage Engineer to join the Reactive department.The main purpose of the Drainage Engineer is to work alongside the Lead Drainage Engineer to attend commercial premises, office space, retail, industrial sites and other establishments.In return, we are offering a salary of £42,000 + Overtime, plus progression opportunities, pension, and annual leave.This is a full-time, permanent position. The hours of work will consist of 5x shifts per week. Monday Friday with on-call rota, occasional overnights Reporting to the Hiring Manager, your responsibilities will include:Attend reactive emergency call-outs to clear internal above-ground blockages, including soil stacks, float lines and small bore pipework. Leak tracing and investigation on above ground water servicesRepairing leaks on water services in service voids and risers.Removing and replacing small bore waste pipe on pot wash sinks, basins, urinals etcReplacing mixer taps, wash down taps and spray gunsReplacing toilet float lines and stack pipeworkRemoving and Installing cast iron soil pipeworkAssisting drainage operatives with cutting in pipe access to support blockage clearance and investigation worksAssisting other plumbing operatives with quoted ..... full job details .....
