Job Title: REACH Programme Manager Location: Lincoln Contract length: 12 months contract Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO and MSP Recruitment Services is currently recruiting for a Package Repair Coordinator to join a World leader offering Products, Solutions and Services across the entire Energy value chain on behalf of a well established manufacturing organisation to play a key role in supporting Manufacturing Operations. You will shape a competitive, sustainable supply chain, partnering globally to drive productivity, quality, and digitalization. As the Senior Programme Manager, you will take total ownership of a critical, stalled environmental initiative to bring turbine protective coatings into full REACH compliance , managing four distinct project branches and senior executive stakeholders while ensuring manufacturing operations and customer deliveries are never disrupted. Some of the duties will include but are not limited to: Take full ownership of the overall REACH Compliance Programme to establish clear governance, meeting cadences, control systems, milestones, and decision-making pathways. Lead and coordinate the four primary branches of the programme (materials compliance, business continuity, regulations, and transformation), making sure all dependencies, risks, actions, and resources are visibly managed.
