Job Title: Reach Forklift DriverLocation: Leicestershire, LE15Shift: 8am - 4:30pm Mon - Fri (40 hours per week) Pay Rate: 13.50 - 14 per hourBenefits: Annual Profitability bonus scheme (up to 7% of salary) subject to company performance results + 20 days holiday plus 8 public holidays (increasing 1 day per year of service to max of 25 days) + 4 x salary Death in service benefit + 5% employer contribution to personal pension scheme The Company:A well-established manufacturer of powered systems. The Reach Forklift Driver Role:Operate forklift,Handling and delivery of components/parts to production assembly linesPhysical preparation and packing of customer orders,Stock Maintenance assistance,Loading/unloading lorries,Highlighting issues/risks with warehouse/forklift systems/processes and propose remedial action/resolutions for discussion/agreement.Support in Despatch processesCorrect/Safe storage of machines and goods, ensuring Safe Working Loads (SWL) are not exceeded The Candidate:Valid ITTSAR accredit Reach truck license. Good experience of stock control dispatch processesExperience of SAP system desirableUnderstanding of inventory performance KPIsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyStrong organisational, communication and interpersonal skillsA problem solver and team player, also able to use initiativeGood computer skills and proficient in Excel, Word, OutlookExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenGood work ethicExcels at operating at a fast ..... full job details .....
