Hours: Monday to Friday - 8:00am to 5:00pm

Pure Staff are currently recruiting for a committed and experienced Reach Driver to join our client''s busy distribution centre in Wednesfield. This is an ongoing agency role with the genuine opportunity to secure a permanent position after a successful probation period.

Role Overview

As a Reach Driver, you will be a key part of the warehouse operations, ensuring goods are moved, stored, and handled with precision. You''ll work alongside a friendly, professional team and play a crucial role in keeping the warehouse running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operating a Reach FLT truck to move pallets between high-level racking and loading/unloading areas.
• Loading and unloading vehicles with accuracy and care to prevent product damage.
• Picking orders from designated storage locations using both the reach truck and manual handling when required.
• Completing manual handling tasks such as lifting and moving boxes when needed.
• Ensuring products are stored correctly in line with health and safety standards.
• Performing daily equipment checks and reporting any issues promptly.
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
• Working closely with warehouse colleagues to meet daily targets and deadlines.

Requirements

• Valid and in-date FLT Reach licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, or equivalent).
• Proven experience as a Reach Driver in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Confidence working at height and in narrow aisle racking.
• Physically fit, capable of manual handling duties.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Good communication skills and a positive team-focused approach.
• Reliability and commitment to ongoing work with the goal of permanent employment.
