Reablement Team Leader

This role has a starting salary of 34,660 per annum, based on a 36 hour working week. We are excited to be hiring a new Team Leader to join our fantastic Reablement team. The team is based in Dorking and covers the East 2 area of Surrey. About the TeamThe Reablement Service is part of the Adults Wellbeing and Health Partnerships directorate. We are a multi-disciplinary team who provide short term support for up to 6 weeks to people, usually in their own homes, to promote independence and choice by helping them work towards their reablement goals as set out in their support plan.
