      <description>Location: Liverpool | Salary: &amp;pound;14.93/hour | Type: Temporary | We are working with a client in the Liverpool area who is looking for a dedicated  Reablement Assistant  to join their Dementia Care Unit. This is a fantastic opportunity to support adults living with dementia by delivering high-quality, person-centred care in a safe and supportive environment.   As a  Reablement Assistant , you will provide compassionate support to individuals living with dementia, assisting them with daily living activities, promoting dignity and wellbeing, and encouraging independence wherever possible.
