      <description>Location: City | Salary: 14.93-14.93 Annual | Type: Contract | Reablement Assistant About the Role We are looking for compassionate and motivated Reablement Assistants to join a dedicated team supporting adults to regain and maintain their independence. Working within a reablement setting, you will support individuals with their daily living activities, helping them develop the skills and confidence needed to live as independently as possible. You will work closely with service users, families, health professionals, and social care colleagues to deliver person-centred support.
