Job Description:
- Deliver a stimulating and inclusive RE curriculum across Key Stages 3 and 4, with potential for KS5
- Encourage debate, reflection, and cultural awareness in a safe and respectful environment
- Promote critical thinking and ethical understanding through engaging lessons
- Work collaboratively with colleagues on whole-school initiatives and cross-curricular projects
- Ensure all pupils, including those with SEND, are supported, challenged, and celebrated
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have experience teaching RE in a secondary school setting
- Be a motivational and empathetic educator with strong classroom management
- Understand teen development, safeguarding protocols, and inclusive teaching strategies
