What we're looking for:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a specialism in Religious Education.

• Prior experience in a leadership or mentoring role within a Humanities/RE department, or a clear readiness for such a step.
• A deep and current understanding of religious and ethical studies, plus the ability to facilitate meaningful discussions.
• Excellent communication skills, strong classroom management, and a knack for encouraging open-minded inquiry.
