This is a unique opportunity to work with pupils in our Bridge Provision, providing tailored support to KS3 and KS4 learners who require an individualised pathway before successfully transitioning back into mainstream school life. Working closely with our Senior Leadership Team, Clinical Team, families and external professionals, you''ll develop personalised reintegration plans that build confidence, improve engagement and support lasting success. What you will be doing Deliver high-quality, personalised teaching and mentoring to pupils with SEMH and SEND needs. Develop bespoke reintegration plans that reflect each pupil''s strengths, barriers and aspirations.
