A tutor/mentor is required for a 9 year-old young person currently unable to attend school due to sensory processing difficulties and anxiety. Previous reintegration attempts have resulted in shutdown-type responses, so support must be delivered through a nurturing, non-pressured, relationship-based approach to gently re-engage in learning outside a mainstream environment. Over time, the long-term aim will be gradual re-integration into a school setting, fully child-led and paced according to emotional readiness.

The young person requires a tutor/mentor familiar with:
- Sensory hypersensitivity (tactile + auditory).
- Anxiety linked to clothing and transitions.
- Fine-motor difficulties affecting handwriting.
- Emotional dysregulation when overwhelmed.
- Autism-informed and sensory-regulation strategies.
