About the role We are recruiting for an RDandA Technologist to work alongside the Taste Fermentation RDandA team in Menstrie, Scotland. You will support on RandD projects aiming to develop new products and improve current production processes. The activities involved in these tasks cover, but are not limited to, the performance of bench-scale reactions and fermentations, the testing of newly developed concepts using analytical instruments, and the implementation of new methods and processes. Key responsibilities Process and report experimental results, playing a key role in reporting to project stakeholders. Actively participate in project meetings and reviews, providing critical feedback and technology insights. Share the responsibility of maintaining the smooth operation of the lab, in terms of maintenance, hygiene, consumables, procedures and QSHE (Quality, Safety, Health and Environment), as well as participating in the ..... full job details .....
