This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in food manufacturing, Quality, Technical, Specifications, or Compliance who is looking to specialise in raw material assurance, supplier approval, and food compliance.You don''t need to have every answer from day one. What matters is your attention to detail, analytical mindset, willingness to learn, and genuine interest in food safety and technical compliance.Norfolk Permanent Full-time 30,000 per annum Monday-Friday 08:30-16:.5 hours per weekWhat You''ll Be Doing:Review, assess, and approve raw material specifications, ensuring ingredients meet relevant food safety, legal, customer, quality, and nutritional requirementsSupport the supplier approval and assurance programme, reviewing supplier documentation, certifications, questionnaires, and compliance information for both new and existing suppliersAssess raw materials against key technical requirements including HACCP, allergen management, traceability, food legislation, authenticity, and responsible sourcing standardsMaintain accurate specifications, supplier records, technical data, and approval documentation across internal technical and specification management systemsWork closely with Procurement, Technical, NPD, Quality, and external suppliers, resolving specification queries and ensuring technical requirements are clearly ..... full job details .....
