This is a strategic role where you''ll work at the heart of quality, sustainability, and food safety, ensuring every ingredient entering the business meets the highest standards of quality, legality, and ethical sourcing. What You''ll Be Doing:Lead the supplier assurance programme, managing supplier approval, onboarding, compliance monitoring, and performance improvement across a global supply baseDrive raw material risk management through supplier audits, vulnerability assessments, food fraud prevention, VACCP programmes, and robust change control processesOwn raw material specifications, ensuring all ingredient data, allergen controls, nutritional information, origin claims, and compliance requirements remain accurate and audit-readyInvestigate supplier non-conformances, quality incidents, and complaints, leading root cause analysis and implementing effective corrective and preventive actionsPartner with Procurement, Technical, Operations, NPD, and Commercial teams to support product innovation, supplier selection, and customer requirementsChampion ethical sourcing, sustainability initiatives, and governance frameworks, ensuring suppliers meet regulatory, customer, and corporate responsibility standardsMonitor ..... full job details .....
