About the Raw Materials Compliance Controller The purpose of your role will be to ensure all raw materials (ingredients and packaging) are risk assessed and comply with required standards and customer codes of practise, for food safety, quality, integrity and legal requirements. Key tasks Approve and monitor suppliers by reviewing documentation, risk assess raw materials and set clear quality standards to finished products. Ensure compliance and traceability by maintaining supply chain mapping, carry out audits, and support traceability checks to meet customer codes and external audits. Work closely with suppliers, QA, NPD, Purchasing, and factory teams to resolve non-compliances, improve quality, and support innovation projects. Be an active member of HACCP and audit teams etc, ensuring risks are managed and all materials meet safety and brand standards. About You The successful candidate shall have either a Food Science degree or relevant technical food industry experience. Qualifications in HACCP Level 2, Food Safety Level 2 and Internal Auditor training would be advantageous.
