Raw Materials Co-ordinatorDay Shift 40 hours per week Manufacturing Environment The RoleReporting to the Raw Materials Co-Ordinator you will play a key role in ensuring raw material availability aligns with production requirements and quality standards. You will work closely with internal teams to maintain accurate stock control, support dispatch activity and uphold world-class housekeeping and safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesCo-ordinating and managing external raw material deliveries and internal revert movementsCarrying out QA checks and material conformance acceptance, including use of XRF/Niton analysersReceipting and issuing materials on internal systems for costing and stock controlSupporting material allocation using a least-cost mix approachMaintaining tight control of stock levels, assisting with stock audits and stock countsAccurate weighing, identification and storage of raw materials and consumablesManaging revert material, including segregation, packaging and preparation for productionReceiving goods against delivery documentation and maintaining prime quality recordsSupporting despatch activity using the SFDC systemOperating overhead cranes, FLT and side loader equipmentCompleting self-audits, improvement activities and maintaining excellent housekeeping standardsProviding basic cover for the Raw Materials Manager when requiredSkills and ExperienceEssentialHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailStrong housekeeping standards and safety ..... full job details .....
