You will be part of a legacy that defines the future of luxury.The Assistant Manager, Raw Materials is responsible for supporting the Supply Planning and Inventory Manager in ensuring that the supply plans are managed and executed efficiently and in a timely manner to deliver optimal inventory levels. Ensures that material planning and supplier capacities are aligned with business objectives. Key deliverables include on-time delivery, warehouse stock service levels, and monthly intake targets.Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing daily supply planning and inventory operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.Support the implementation of supply chain strategies that align with business objectives.Conduct Material Requirements Planning for diamonds and overall supply plan execution.Maintain an accurate Order Book and reconcile weekly.Manage Supply Planning Administrators to ensure POs are raised, managed, amended, and received timely.Ensure supply plans adhere to lead time, MOQ, and updated COGs, respecting matrix criteria.Act as the point of contact for suppliers (including Polished Division) for visibility, commitments, and plans.Analyze suppliers’ scorecards, spending, and purchasing trends (Diamonds and Finished Goods).Monitor and analyze stock levels and perform regular stock takes.Coordinate with Finance for invoice reconciliations.Maintain and update procurement plans regularly.Adjust supply plans and orders based on monthly reforecasting.Collaborate with cross-functional teams for cohesive execution of initiatives.Take accountability for delivering results contributing to business success.Monitor and report on supply chain and inventory performance, ensuring continuous improvement.What You’ll Do
