The Role We are looking for a Rating Researcher to join our Income Maximisation team. Working closely with colleagues across the business, you will carry out detailed research into commercial properties to identify opportunities that may impact Business Rates revenue. Using a range of internal systems and external information sources, you will investigate properties, assess supporting evidence and prepare high-quality referrals for Local Authority clients. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong research skills and the ability to evaluate information from multiple sources to reach well-reasoned conclusions.
