This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on technician to work across electronics, mechanical assembly, prototyping and product testing, helping turn new designs into fully tested, functional products. The Role As an RandD Test and Development Technician, you will play a key role in supporting laboratory, workshop and testing activities throughout the product development lifecycle. This is a practical, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys troubleshooting, building and testing hardware, and working across multiple engineering disciplines. Key Responsibilities Assemble and modify electronic and electromechanical prototypes, including PCBs, sensors, wiring and mechanical components. Carry out soldering of wires and surface-mount components where required. Support programming, calibration, configuration and functional testing of prototype hardware. Design, build and maintain test setups for functional testing and system integration. Develop and improve test rigs to support product development and verification activities.
