RandD Scientist

Talentmark are recruiting for a RandD Scientist to join a company in the medical devices industry on a contract basis for 12 months.Salary: Paying between 20.43 - 22.99 per hour PAYERandD scientist role:Create and refine new experiments, following and improving protocols to ensure robust, accurate data.Follow protocols for sophisticated assay methodologies, ensuring accurate laboratory records and documentation.Analyse and interpret results to provide actionable conclusions and strategic recommendations. Champion laboratory excellence by maintaining meticulous records and identifying opportunities for process improvements.Your Background:A Bachelor''s degree in a relevant scientific field combined with industry experience is required.Proven knowledge of diagnostic immunoassay technology and the ability to follow or improve complex experimental protocols.Strong computer literacy and data analysis skills, with a track record of delivering accurate results on time.Excellent communication skills, specifically in writing technical documentation and laboratory records.Experience with particle-based immunoassays, fluorescent detection, whole-blood assays, and working within GMP/GLP/GDP or biohazard environments is preferred.Company: Our client is one of the world''s premier innovative biopharmaceutical and medical device companies that help improve the lives of millions of people in the UK and around the world every year.Location: This role is based at our client''s site in ..... full job details .....
