RandD Project Manager

Location: Newton Abbot, Devon (On-Site Working)Salary: Up to £65,000 (Depending on Experience)As the RandD Project Manager, you will work closely with a dedicated team of engineers on multiple projects. Your responsibilities will include forward planning, resource allocation, and risk management. Key responsibilities: Formulate and execute RandD strategies aligned with overall company goals. Oversee RandD projects from initial concept development to production. Lead, supervise, and mentor the RandD team to ensure high performance and professional growth. Manage budgets, project timelines, and resource distribution effectively. Develop and deliver technical reports, data analyses, and project updates to senior leadership. Cultivate an environment that encourages innovation, teamwork, and ongoing improvement. Work closely with sales, marketing, and manufacturing departments to ensure that innovations meet market demands. Keep up with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor developments. Ensure all RandD activities comply with applicable regulations, quality standards, and safety requirements.
