RandD Project Manager Colchester Area Up to £60,000 Electronics An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced RandD Project Manager to join an established and innovative engineering business in the Colchester area. This role will involve managing a range of technical projects from concept through to completion, working closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams across the UK and internationally. Key Responsibilities Manage engineering and New Product Development (NPD) projects from initial concept through to deliveryDevelop project plans, schedules, budgets and resource requirementsCoordinate multidisciplinary teams across hardware, software, mechanical design and manufacturingIdentify and manage project risks, priorities and deadlinesCommunicate project progress and key milestones to senior stakeholdersLead and support a small project coordination teamDrive improvements in project management processes and reporting About You Proven Project Management experience within engineering, RandD or product developmentExperience delivering New Product Development (NPD) projectsStrong planning, organisational and stakeholder management skillsPrevious team leadership or line management experienceAbility to manage multiple projects and competing prioritiesRelevant engineering or project management qualifications would be advantageousExperience with Smartsheet or Teamwork would be beneficial Benefits 25 days holiday plus bank holidaysHoliday buy and sell schemeLife ..... full job details .....
