RandD Process Technician

Manpower is seeking RandD Process Technicians We invite applications from recent graduates in engineering, science, or related disciplines seeking valuable industry experience, as well as individuals with operational expertise in chemical, pharmaceutical, or related sectors. Position: Temporary RandD Process Technician Contract Duration: 6 months. Location: Didcot, Milton Park Payrates: Day shift: 12.50 per hour. Night shift: 15.00 per hour Shift Pattern: Rotational shifts following a consistent schedule of 4-day shifts, 4-day shifts, 4 days off, 4-night shifts. Key Responsibilities:Operate pilot plant equipment (comprehensive training provided)Assemble and disassemble plant equipment for maintenance and troubleshooting (training provided)Monitor production processes and diagnose faults.Handle and prepare raw materials and products to required standards.Maintain high quality standards throughout production.Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and actively promote a safety-first culture.Participate as a member of the site Emergency Response TeamAlways maintain excellent housekeeping standards.
