They are currently recruiting a RandD Manager to support current and future pharmaceutical and packaging product development projects. RandD Manager Project Management Set the project direction, plan goals, define milestones, and make sure the deliverables align with the company''s objectives. Plan and oversee project budgets, delivering projects within the planned timelines, managing key stakeholders'' and third parties activities. Lead RandD s overall risk assessment and issue management. Help prepare RandD documents and keep both physical and digital copies organized according to product guidelines. RandD Manager New Product Development Source and evaluate the capabilities and qualifications of contract developers/ manufacturers to prepare/process components. Lead and organise product development activities internal and external if required. Lead and organise any non-clinical, scaling up, validation, stability, and tech transfer activities. Define specification of final product. Define and agree manufacturing process, assess the critical parameters, and provide technical input as required. Input in and prepare any RandD related documentation. Maintain the development documentation as per each product s relevant guidelines.
