RandD Manager

We''re working with a highly respected, innovation-focused manufacturer that is investing heavily in new product development. They''re looking for an experienced RandD Manager to lead a multidisciplinary engineering team and own the full NPD lifecycle, from concept through to production handover. This is a fantastic leadership role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, hands-on technical environment and wants to shape a future product roadmap. Core duties include:Lead, mentor and develop a cross-functional RandD team (mechanical, electrical, software, test)Drive the full new product development processEnsure projects hit timelines, budgets and technical performance targetsOversee design verification, validation and engineering governanceManage change control, ECRs and lifecycle improvementsAlign closely with Quality, Production, Supply Chain, Operations and commercial teamsPlay a key role in innovation and long-term portfolio planningAbout you:5+ years'' experience in RandD leadershipDegree (or equivalent) in a relevant Engineering disciplineProven record of delivering complex, multidisciplinary products from concept to releaseConfident, organised and passionate about driving people, process and product excellenceThis is a rare chance to make a strategic impact within a company where engineering truly drives the business.
