What You Will Do: • Own the end-to-end management of IT infrastructure services for RandD facilities, including network, compute, storage, backup, collaboration, endpoints and laboratory environments. • Lead infrastructure projects for new RandD labs, test environments, engineering workspaces, simulation platforms and specialised technology zones. • Ensure high availability, performance, reliability and security for critical RandD workloads and engineering data platforms. • Partner with RandD, engineering, cybersecurity, enterprise IT, and external vendors to deliver infrastructure solutions that meet business needs. • Drive incident, problem, change and service request management using ITIL-aligned practices and internal governance. • Support compliance, audits and disaster recovery planning, including business continuity testing for RandD IT infrastructure.
