Roles and Responsibilities Research and review Component Maintenance Manuals (CMMs) to identify new component repair capabilities. Extract and document technical information, including tooling requirements, test procedures, repair processes, materials and consumables. Complete capability application forms and submit technical information through the company''s internal system. Identify and record relevant part numbers to ensure accurate capability submissions. Support the development of new repair processes, tooling solutions and test equipment. Provide technical support and repair guidance to production teams. Work alongside the RandD Manager to prioritise and manage capability development projects. Ensure all new repair capabilities comply with regulatory and company quality standards. Design, fabricate and develop tooling and test kits to support production. Experience, Skills and Qualifications Background in aerospace engineering or aircraft component maintenance.
