RandD Engineer Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and implement new repair capabilities and support AP102 capability additionsResearch and develop repair solutions for Part 21J and Part 21G activitiesTrain and support engineering staff on new products, technologies, and repair processesPlan and prioritise workload to meet departmental and business objectivesDesign, build, and maintain tooling and test equipment as requiredImprove tooling management, storage systems, and technical documentationMaintain and develop Aerotrac data, including ATA codes, CMMs, and product groupsWork closely with Stores, Workshop, and Quality teams to support capability expansion and compliance requirementsDevelop procedures and processes to improve operational efficiencyMonitor performance, analyse data, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement RandD Engineer Ideal Candidate: Strong planning, organisation, and project management skillsExcellent problem-solving and analytical abilitiesAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesEffective decision-making and sound engineering judgementStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in process improvement and operational efficiency initiativesInformation and resource management capabilitiesCommitment to teamwork, collaboration, ..... full job details .....
