RAN Specialist

This role has a significant impact on shaping the Mobile RAN Rate: £ inside IR35Location: London or Bristol 3 days onsite 2 wfhDuration: 6 months* Technical Expertise:? Expert knowledge of UE logs analysis ? Expert understanding of Acuver UE logging tools.? In depth knowledge of Mobile networks particularly 4G andamp; Public Safety functionality over LTE/5G+ with particularly deep understanding design and operation.? In depth knowledge of LTE andamp; SIP signalling, PTT (push to talk), SRTP/DTLS troubleshooting andamp; Optimisation.? Excellent understanding of Nokia and Ericsson RAN products.? Good understanding of 3GPP andamp; ETSI specifications.? Good understding of DTLS/SRTP protols.* Story-telling with data:* strong skills in building the case for change, drawing on data and analytical techniques where appropriate, and communicating this to technical andamp; business audiences.* Ability to convert highly technical concepts into simple to understand language.* Forward thinking: * proactive approach to network design, ability to see beyond the current network and forsee what will be required to deliver networks of the future.* Maintain high level of domain expertise, keeping abreast of the developments within the telecoms market, to ensure continued delivery to time, cost and quality in the face of both internal and external changeMANDATORY:?
