Duration: Initial 6 Month Contract Day Rate: Up to -420 per Inside IR35 The Role We are looking for an experienced RAN Performance Engineer to support the performance of a leading UK mobile network. This role is focused on identifying network performance issues, investigating the root cause, raising incidents, and working with operational teams to restore service and improve customer experience. You will analyse network KPIs from high-level regional views down to individual cell performance, helping to ensure the network continues to perform at its best. Responsibilities Monitor and analyse RAN performance KPIs. Investigate KPI degradation and identify root causes. Analyse Huawei, Ericsson and Nokia performance counters and alarms. Investigate customer-reported network issues. Raise and manage incidents through to resolution. Work closely with operations and managed service providers to resolve performance issues.
