You will be responsible for maintaining radio network KPI metrics, investigating and resolving customer issues, and driving continuous improvements to ensure top-tier network performance and an excellent subscriber experience. Key Responsibilities Performance Monitoring: Monitor network KPI metrics at both regional (top-down) and cell levels (bottom-up) to investigate abnormal changes and determine root causes. Issue Resolution: Investigate reported customer network issues and implement action plans, including performing RF tuning, managing remedy incidents, and requesting network investments.
