RAN Optimisation Specialist - 5GLondon or Bristol (Hybrid) | 12 Months | Inside IR35Our client, a leading telecoms company are looking for an experienced RAN Optimisation Specialist to improve network performance and customer experience across 4G/5G environments.Responsibilities:Analyse UE logs, OSS KPIs, and drive test data to identify performance issuesPerform parameter and feature optimisation across LTE and 5G networksCarry out root cause analysis and implement performance improvementsSupport network trials, validation, and KPI enhancementsEnsure effective interworking across 4G/5G (NSA/SA)Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve network issuesKey Skills:Strong experience in RAN optimisation andamp; KPI management (4G/5G)Hands-on with TEMS, Actix, Accuver, Wireshark or similar toolsExperience with Nokia/Ericsson RAN environmentsGood understanding of LTE/5G architecture (VoLTE/VoNR preferred)Strong analytical and stakeholder management skillsIdeal for senior RAN optimisation engineers looking to work on large-scale 5G networks.If the role aligns with your experience please apply with your updated ..... full job details .....
