RAN Optimisation Specialist - 5G London or Bristol (Hybrid) 12 Months Inside IR35 Our client, a leading telecoms company are looking for an experienced RAN Optimisation Specialist to improve network performance and customer experience across 4G/5G environments. Responsibilities: Analyse UE logs, OSS KPIs, and drive test data to identify performance issues Perform parameter and feature optimisation across LTE and 5G networks Carry out root cause analysis and implement performance improvements Support network trials, validation, and KPI enhancements Ensure effective interworking across 4G/5G (NSA/SA) Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve network issues Key Skills: Strong experience in RAN optimisation and KPI management (4G/5G) Hands-on with TEMS, Actix, Accuver, Wireshark or similar tools Experience with Nokia/Ericsson RAN environments Good understanding of LTE/5G architecture (VoLTE/VoNR preferred) Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills Ideal for senior RAN optimisation engineers looking to work on large-scale 5G networks.
